Product Availability
Most of the products listed on our Web Site are available for shipping Canada wide and to the United States. However, some products may not be available for shipping to the United States due to rules and regulations implemented by US customs.
Out of stock items: Although we do our utmost to keep a fair amount of stock for each item that we carry, it does happen unfortunately that some items are out of stock from time to time. In that case we will place your order on hold until new stock arrives.
Chocolate: We are reluctant to ship chocolate in the summer months due to the danger of temperature fluctuations that may damage the product.

Seasonal Items: We usually start shipping our Christmas products early November until mid December. Please note that these items are limited in stock and may be unavailable as early as mid December.

Return Policy
If you have difficulty with a defective or damaged product, please contact us by email before you ship the product back to us to obtain a return authorization code. We offer a full refund or credit for defective or damaged products with a return authorization code.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order anytime with in 12 hours of placing your order on-line. Cancellation by telephone or email. Because we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, we are reluctant to hold the order for more than 12 hours.
Shipping Policy
We strive to ship orders as soon as possible. We do not ship orders in the weekends (Saturdays & Sundays). If you are ordering from Canada, your order should arrive within 5 to 7 business days. If you are ordering from the United States, your order may take a little bit longer as it is necessary for the package to cross the border and clear customs. Therefore US orders can take anywhere from 5 to 12 business days to arrive.

Order tracking : You will be able to track your order with a tracking number that will be send to your email address as soon as your order has been shipped.
